You’ve completed your foundational training, but now it’s time to take the next step. The SOULINE Apprenticeship Program is designed for individuals ready to deepen their understanding of psilocybin facilitation through hands-on, in-person experience. This immersive program allows you to refine your skills, work with clients in real-world settings, and learn directly from master facilitators and industry experts, such as Dr. Ryan Greene.
This is where theory meets practice, giving you the confidence and expertise to guide transformative experiences with psilocybin, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Components of the Apprenticeship Program

Our 100-hour Apprenticeship Program offers a balance of in-person and online training. You’ll have the opportunity to learn in real ceremonial settings while continuing to develop your skills through virtual mentorship and coursework.

Weekend Retreat

Begin your apprenticeship with an immersive weekend that brings you into the world of live psilocybin facilitation. Learn how to set the tone for ceremonies, work with energy, and create a safe space for healing.

Ceremonial Practice

Work directly with clients under the guidance of experienced facilitators. This hands-on approach will prepare you for every phase of a psilocybin ceremony, from preparation and facilitation to post-session integration.

Lane Carlson holds a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology and is the founder of SOULINE. With over 10 years of experience in transformational work, he supports individuals in developing the awareness, confidence, and integrity needed to guide psilocybin ceremonies.

Throughout the apprenticeship, Lane provides personal guidance and mentorship, helping students deepen their practice, develop their own authentic approach, and step into this work with greater confidence and purpose.

When does the next apprenticeship program commence?
Our upcoming apprenticeship program is ongoing. You will receive details following online graduation.
The apprenticeship includes an introductory weekend retreat and 100 hours of in-person and online training, priced at $7,000. Note that the introductory weekend and the graduation practicum come with additional charges.
The apprenticeship includes a minimum of 100 hours and is designed to unfold at an individual pace. Most participants can expect the process to take approximately 6–12 months, though timing may vary based on your availability, participation in ongoing sessions, and opportunities to complete the required hours.

Completion is not based on hours alone. Your progression into facilitation will also reflect your readiness, confidence, and demonstrated ability to hold space responsibly and with integrity.

Yes. A core part of the apprenticeship is gaining hands-on experience and gradually stepping into the role of facilitator. As your training progresses and you demonstrate readiness, you’ll have opportunities to practice with fellow students and participate in small-group ceremonial settings under the guidance of experienced facilitators.
The intention is to help you build confidence, develop your own authentic approach, and gain practical experience while receiving ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support.
